The Unger Monsoon Plus StripWasher® Complete includes the sleeve and t-bar. The Monsoon Plus sleeve holds large amounts of water, with a scrub pad at one end for extra cleaning power. The light-weight plastic t-bar has patented water wells for even higher water retention, reducing trips to the buckets.
